With the trekking bike into the Pragsertal Valley and directly to the Pragser Wildsee Lake, the million-fold shared Insta-star of the region. In high season, the road is quota for cars, i.e., from 10:00 in the morning cyclists conquer the road to the picturesque lake. However, caution is still advised when riding on the road.
Tour detailsFrom Olang it goes by bike through the whole Antholzertal Valley until you reach the Antholzer See Lake and the Biathlon Center at the end of the valley.
The tour can still be extended - over the Staller Sattel pass. The pass road is open every hour from minute 30 to minute 45.

From Olang, the route e along the Rienz, which rises at the foot of the Three Peaks at 2,180 m, to Toblach and from there in a southerly direction into the Höhlenstein Valley. The cycle path leads amidst the two nature parks Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Three Peaks of Lavaredo past the famous Three Peaks of Lavaredo viewpoint, slightly ascending to the Cimabanche Pass (1,539 m). Along the old railway line, one scenic highlight follows the next. From Cimabanche Pass it is all downhill, through old railway tunnels to the noble ski resort of Cortina.
